Shrimp Egg Rice

Shrimps and scrambled eggs with rice

Ingredients
  

  • 50 g Long grain rice boiled separate
  • 150 g Shrimps de-veined, cooked in a little water with salt
  • Green peas shelled and boiled in salt water
  • 2 nos Onions chopped, big
  • 5-6 cloves Garlic finely chopped
  • 2 nos Eggs beaten
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • 2 tbsp Soya sauce
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing shrimp egg rice, heat 1 tbsp oil in a non stick pan and fry the onions lightly.
  • Add the eggs, scramble and remove from flame. Keep aside.
  • In the same pan, heat 1 tbsp of oil and fry the garlic, peas and shrimps till golden and done. Keep aside.
  • Heat the remaining oil in the same pan and fry the rice over a high flame, adding salt to taste.
  • Stir in the shrimp mixture, scrambled eggs and soya sauce. Mix thoroughly.
  • Shrimp egg rice is ready. Serve piping hot.
