For preparing wine sauce:

Instructions
For preparing jam pudding with wine sauce, beat butter and sugar well.
Add flour and mix well.
Add milk, soda powder and jam.
Pour the mixture into a pudding tray with butter applied on sides.
Cover it with butter paper and steam cook for 1 hour.
Unmould and serve it with wine.
For wine sauce: 7)Mix egg, wine and sugar well.
Pour this into a vessel.
Place this above a pan with boiling water. Double boil wine sauce. Wine sauce is ready.
