Jam Pudding With Wine Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 125 g Butter
  • 2 tbsp Mixed fruit jam
  • 2 tbsp Powdered sugar
  • 2 nos Egg
  • 1/2 tsp Soda powder
  • 4 tbsp All purpose flour Maida
  • 1/2 cup Milk

For preparing wine sauce:

  • 1 no Egg
  • 3/4 cup Wine
  • 2 tbsp Sugar

Instructions
 

  • For preparing jam pudding with wine sauce, beat butter and sugar well.
  • Add flour and mix well.
  • Add milk, soda powder and jam.
  • Pour the mixture into a pudding tray with butter applied on sides.
  • Cover it with butter paper and steam cook for 1 hour.
  • Unmould and serve it with wine.
  • For wine sauce: 7)Mix egg, wine and sugar well.
  • Pour this into a vessel.
  • Place this above a pan with boiling water. Double boil wine sauce. Wine sauce is ready.
