Onion Chilly Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Chicken
  • 2 nos Onion chopped
  • 1 inch Ginger chopped
  • 4 or Garlic chopped
  • 3 tsp Kashmiri chilly powder can be adjusted according to taste
  • Curry leaves Few
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Grind together onion, ginger, garlic and chilly powder.
  • Wash and keep aside the chicken pieces.
  • Heat oil in a cooking pan and add curry leaves. Add the ground paste and saute until the raw smell is gone and oil seeps out.
  • Add chicken, mix well. Cover and cook on medium heat until cooked.
  • Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
  • Goes well with rice, appam or chappathi.
