500 g Chicken2 nos Onion (chopped)1 inch Ginger (chopped)4 or Garlic (chopped)3 tsp Kashmiri chilly powder (can be adjusted according to taste)Curry leaves (Few)3 tbsp OilSalt (As reqd) Grind together onion, ginger, garlic and chilly powder.Wash and keep aside the chicken pieces.Heat oil in a cooking pan and add curry leaves. Add the ground paste and saute until the raw smell is gone and oil seeps out.Add chicken, mix well. Cover and cook on medium heat until cooked.Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.Goes well with rice, appam or chappathi. Kerala
