Waffles
A sweet recipe with maida, eggs, butter, etc

- 125 g All purpose flour Maida
- 75 g Melted butter
- 200 ml Milk
- Icing sugar to decorate
- 2 nos Eggs separated
- 60 g Sugar
- Salt A pinch
For preparing waffles, mix egg yolks, sugar, maida and butter in a processor.
Pour in the milk and mix it well. Leave the mixture aside for 15 minutes.
Beat the egg whites until stiff with a pinch of salt. Fold it gently into the above mixture.
Pour out a little mixture onto a hot waffle iron and allow it to cook.
Continue till all the mixture is over.
Sprinkle with icing sugar.
Waffles are ready. Serve it with cream or chocolate sauce.
