Fish In Tomato Gravy

Ingredients
  

  • 4 nos Fish king fish
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 2 tsp Chilly powder
  • 4 nos Green chillies
  • 6 cloves Garlic chopped
  • 2 nos Onion chopped
  • 3 nos Tomato chopped
  • Coriander leaves Few
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • Asafoetida powder A pinch

Instructions
 

  • For preparing fish in tomato gravy, marinate fish in turmeric and salt. Shallow fry it in oil. Keep aside.
  • Heat oil, splutter mustard seeds. Add asafoetida. Add onion, garlic, tomato and green chillies. Cover and fry well.
  • Add chilly powder and coriander leaves.
  • Add fish pieces and cook.
  • Do not add too much water.
  • Just sprinkle in pan and coat fish pieces with masala.
  • Fish in tomato gravy is ready.
