Chicken Kalimirchi

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Chicken
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Chilly powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 3/4 tsp Garam masala
  • 2 tsp Pepper powder
  • Ginger garlic paste - 3 tbsp
  • 3 nos Onion chopped
  • 50 g Cashew nut
  • 3 nos Tomato chopped
  • Coriander leaves Few
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing chicken kalimirchi, cook onion in 1 cup water and grind it with cashew nuts.
  • Grind coriander leaves and tomato. Keep aside.
  • Heat oil in pan, fry ginger-garlic paste, chilly powder, coriander powder and turmeric. Add chicken pieces to it.
  • Pour 4 cups of water and required salt. Cover and cook.
  • When chicken is done, add onion paste, garam masala. Mix well.
  • Heat 2 tbsp oil and fry coriander paste. When ready add chicken gravy in it and mix well.
  • Chicken kalimirchi is ready.
