Ingredients
  

  • 180 g All purpose flour Maida
  • 90 g Butter softened
  • 60 g Castor sugar
  • 1 no Egg
  • Salt A pinch

Instructions
 

  • For preparing short bread pastry dough, beat sugar and butter till the sugar dissolves.
  • Add in maida and egg. Knead well and shape it into a ball.
  • Leave it to stand for few hours.
  • Short bread pastry dough is ready. You can make pastries of your choice.
  • Note: 1)You can flavour the pastry with vanilla, cinnamon, etc.
