Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Chicken chopped
  • 20 nos Dry red chillies
  • 5 nos Green chillies
  • 2 nos Onions
  • 1 no Tomato
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1/4 cup Tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • 8 springs Coriander leaves chopped
  • Oil As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing spicy chicken, powder the dry red chillies in the mixy. Keep it aside.
  • Grind onions, tomato, green chillies, ginger and garlic to a fine paste.
  • Heat oil in a vessel and sautT the dry red chilly powder.
  • Add in the onion paste and fry till the oil separates.
  • Then add in the chicken pieces, garam masala and salt. Allow it to cook on low flame with a closed lid.
  • When the chicken is cooked, add in tomato sauce and coriander leaves. Mix it well and remove it from the flame.
  • Spicy chicken is ready. Serve hot.
