Instructions
For preparing khemar stir, heat a non stick vessel and pour 1 tbsp oil. Pour the beaten egg and little salt.
Make omlette. Remove from flame and make small slices.
Saute cabbage and garlic in oil. Pour water and stir continuously. When cabbage is done, add all sauces, sliced omelette and green onions.
Khemar stir is ready. Serve hot with rice.
