  • 2 nos Egg beaten
  • 2 cloves Garlic crushed
  • 1/2 of Cabbage sliced
  • 1 tsp Soya sauce
  • 1 tsp Fish sauce
  • 1 tsp Oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 3 nos Green onions sliced
  • 2 tbsp Oil


  • For preparing khemar stir, heat a non stick vessel and pour 1 tbsp oil. Pour the beaten egg and little salt.
  • Make omlette. Remove from flame and make small slices.
  • Saute cabbage and garlic in oil. Pour water and stir continuously. When cabbage is done, add all sauces, sliced omelette and green onions.
  • Khemar stir is ready. Serve hot with rice.
