Kaddhu(Pumpkin) Kasuri Methi Sabji

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Pumpkin sliced
  • 1 tsp Kasuri methi Uluva ela
  • 4 nos Green chillies chopped
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder Jeeraka podi
  • 2 nos Tomato chopped
  • 1 piece Ginger chopped
  • 5 cloves Garlic chopped
  • 1 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Water As reqd
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • Curry leaves Few
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing kaddhu kasuri methi sabji, saute ginger and garlic in oil.
  • Add pumpkin to it and fry well.
  • Add chilly, turmeric and salt.
  • Add kasuri methi and water. Cook in low flame.
  • When pumpkin is done, add cumin, tomato, green chillies and pepper.
  • Mix well and serve hot.
