250 g Pumpkin (sliced)1 tsp Kasuri methi (Uluva ela)4 nos Green chillies (chopped)1 tsp Cumin powder (Jeeraka podi)2 nos Tomato (chopped)1 piece Ginger (chopped)5 cloves Garlic (chopped)1 tsp Chilly powder1/2 tsp Turmeric powder1 tbsp OilWater (As reqd)1/2 tsp PepperCurry leaves (Few)Salt (As reqd) For preparing kaddhu kasuri methi sabji, saute ginger and garlic in oil.Add pumpkin to it and fry well.Add chilly, turmeric and salt.Add kasuri methi and water. Cook in low flame.When pumpkin is done, add cumin, tomato, green chillies and pepper.Mix well and serve hot. North Indian
