Bread Curd Vada

Ingredients
  

  • 10 nos Bread slice
  • 100 g Cashew nuts
  • 1 cup Curd
  • 100 g Raisins
  • 1 glass Milk
  • 5 nos Green chillies chopped
  • 1 piece Ginger
  • 4 tbsp Coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder Jeeraka podi
  • Salt As reqd
  • Oil As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing bread curd vada, grind cashew, raisins, green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves and cumin powder.
  • Mix milk with salt and dip the bread slices in it. Squeeze the milk out and roll the bread with ground paste.
  • Fry this in oil and set to cool. Pour curd over vada before serving.
