Instructions
For preparing bread curd vada, grind cashew, raisins, green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves and cumin powder.
Mix milk with salt and dip the bread slices in it. Squeeze the milk out and roll the bread with ground paste.
Fry this in oil and set to cool. Pour curd over vada before serving.
