Curd Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Boneless chicken
  • 2 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Corn flour
  • 2 tsp All purpose flour Maida
  • 1 no Egg white
  • 2 tsp Ginger paste
  • 2 tsp Garlic paste
  • 1 cup Yoghurt
  • Carrot slices
  • 4 springs Coriander leaves chopped
  • Oil As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing curd chicken, marinate the chicken in chilly powder, pepper powder and salt. Keep it aside for 30 minutes.
  • Add in corn flour, egg white and maida into the chicken. Mix well and fry it in hot oil. Keep it aside.
  • Fry ginger and garlic paste in oil. Add in curd and boil for 3 minutes.
  • Then add in the fried chicken and mix well.
  • Garnish with carrot slices and coriander leaves.
  • Curd chicken is ready. Serve hot.
