1 kg Boneless chicken2 tsp Chilly powder1 tsp Pepper powder1 tsp Corn flour2 tsp All purpose flour (Maida)1 no Egg white2 tsp Ginger paste2 tsp Garlic paste1 cup YoghurtCarrot (slices)4 springs Coriander leaves (chopped)Oil (As reqd)Salt (As reqd) For preparing curd chicken, marinate the chicken in chilly powder, pepper powder and salt. Keep it aside for 30 minutes.Add in corn flour, egg white and maida into the chicken. Mix well and fry it in hot oil. Keep it aside.Fry ginger and garlic paste in oil. Add in curd and boil for 3 minutes.Then add in the fried chicken and mix well.Garnish with carrot slices and coriander leaves.Curd chicken is ready. Serve hot. North Indian
