Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 kg Palak sliced
  • 1/4 cup Raw mango sliced
  • 1 no Cucumber sliced, Vellarikka
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 1/2 cup Coconut sliced
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds Jeerakam
  • 1 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1 no Shallots kunjulli
  • 1/4 tsp Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Fenugreek seeds
  • 1 no Dry chillies
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing palak pulissery, cook palak, raw mango, cucumber, turmeric and salt with required water.
  • Grind coconut, cumin seeds, chilly powder and shallots.
  • Saute mustard, fenugreek, dry chillies in oil. Mix the ground paste and cook well.
  • Add the cooked vegetables and mix well.
  • Palak pulissery is ready.
