Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg Shark
  • 4 nos Onion chopped
  • 2 nos Cinnamon Karugapatta
  • 3 nos Cloves Grambu
  • 6 nos Green chillies chopped
  • 1 piece Ginger
  • 4 cloves Garlic chopped
  • 1 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Coconut grated
  • Coriander leaves As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing sura puttu, cook shark with salt and turmeric. Mince the fish and keep aside.
  • Saute cinnamon, cloves in oil.
  • Add onion, green chillies, ginger, garlic, chilly powder and fry it.
  • Add minced shark, coconut, pepper and salt. Fry well.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
