Instructions
For preparing sura puttu, cook shark with salt and turmeric. Mince the fish and keep aside.
Saute cinnamon, cloves in oil.
Add onion, green chillies, ginger, garlic, chilly powder and fry it.
Add minced shark, coconut, pepper and salt. Fry well.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
