For preparing the tasty dish, first heat little oil in pan. Fry half of onion, green chillies, ginger and half of garlic. Add garam masala, fry for a while.
When cooled, grind it.
Heat oil in pan, fry remaining half of onion and tomato well.
Add the ground paste and saute well.
Add little water and cook masala. Add turmeric and salt.
Finally add coconut milk. when it starts to boil, remove from flame. Add the boiled eggs in it.
In the pan, heat oil and fry shallots, half of garlic for 5 minutes.
