- Egg(boiled) - 4 nos
- Onion(chopped) - 2 nos
- Green chillies - 5 nos
- garlic(chopped) - 7 cloves
- Ginger(2tsp chopped) - 1 piece
- Coconut milk - 2 cups
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Shallots(chopped, kunjulli) - 5 nos
- Tomato(chopped) - 2 nos

Instructions
- For preparing the tasty dish, first heat little oil in pan. Fry half of onion, green chillies, ginger and half of garlic. Add garam masala, fry for a while.
- When cooled, grind it.
- Add the ground paste and saute well.
- Pour over the curry. Serve hot.
