For preparing fish stuffed in tomato, first cut top of tomato and scoop the flesh and keep aside.
Heat oil, fry onion, garlic and green chilly.
Add garam masala, pepper, turmeric and chilly powder. Add the flesh of tomato and saute well.
Add the fish pieces and cook well.
Add coriander leaves, remove from flame. Juice of tomato should be evaporated and the masala should be thick.
Stuff the masala inside the tomato with spoon.(Should be tight)
In a pan, pour oil and heat. Add the stuffed tomato. Cover and cook it by turning sides in between.
Fish stuffed in tomato is ready.
