Fish Stuffed In Tomato

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup King fish/Prawns cooked & chopped
  • 1 no Onion
  • 1 no Green chillies chopped
  • 2 tsp Pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic chopped
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder

Instructions
 

  • For preparing fish stuffed in tomato, first cut top of tomato and scoop the flesh and keep aside.
  • Heat oil, fry onion, garlic and green chilly.
  • Add garam masala, pepper, turmeric and chilly powder. Add the flesh of tomato and saute well.
  • Add the fish pieces and cook well.
  • Add coriander leaves, remove from flame. Juice of tomato should be evaporated and the masala should be thick.
  • Stuff the masala inside the tomato with spoon.(Should be tight)
  • In a pan, pour oil and heat. Add the stuffed tomato. Cover and cook it by turning sides in between.
  • Fish stuffed in tomato is ready.
