Instructions
For preparing tomato chutney dosa, first soak urad dal in water for 4 hours. Add rice flour and rice. Grind well.
Keep the batter for 8 hours.
Take a pan and heat oil. Saute shallots, tomato, chilly powder and salt. Fry it.
Add coconut and mix well.
Grind this to chutney.
Make dosa out of batter. Pour ghee in sides.
Pour tomato chutney inside dosa, roll and serve hot.
