Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Chickpeas Kadala
  • 4 nos Shallots
  • 4 nos Green chillies
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 cup Coriander leaves
  • Water As reqd
  • Ghee As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing chickpea dosa, soak chickpeas in water.
  • Grind chickpeas with green chillies, onion and required water.
  • Add turmeric, coriander leaves and salt to batter.
  • Make dosa out of it and serve hot.
