Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 glass Urad dal Uzhunnu parippu
  • 1 glass Raw rice pachari
  • 1 glass Flattened rice flakes aval
  • Baking powder A pinch
  • Sugar As reqd
  • Oil As reqd
  • Salt As reqd
  • 25 g Fenugreek seeds Uluva

Instructions
 

  • For preparing uzhunnu appam, soak uzhunnu, raw rice, aval & fenugreek seeds in water. Grind them well.
  • Add baking powder, sugar and salt to it.
  • Keep the batter for 3 hours.
  • Pour 2 tbsp of batter in unniyappam pan & cook it.
