Spicy Chilly Prawns

Spicy dish with prawns marinated in masala and fried

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Prawns
  • 5 nos Green chillies
  • 1/2 cup Curry leaves
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds Jeerakam
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • 1 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp Chilly flakes
  • 1 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Pepper
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing spicy chilly prawns, marinate the prawns with salt, chilly flakes, vinegar, pepper, turmeric, coriander and soya sauce.
  • Keep for 10 minutes.
  • Heat pan and fry the prawns in it. Drain and keep aside.
  • In the same pan, add butter and fry cumin seeds, ginger-garlic paste, green chillies and curry leaves.
  • Add the prawns in it and mix well.
  • Spicy chilly prawns is ready.
