Instructions
For preparing potato au-gratin, pre heat the oven to 210 degrees celsius.
In a baking dish arrange the potatoes with the slices of garlic.
Whisk the cream, milk, egg yolks, salt, pepper powder and nutmeg.
Pour this mixture over the potatoes.
Sprinkle grated gruyere cheese and knobs of butter over it.
Bake it for 50 minutes.
Potato au-gratin is ready.
