Kiwi, lemon, orange and castor sugar are added

- 900 g Kiwi
- 1/2 Lemon
- 1 no Orange
- 40 g Castor sugar
For preparing kiwi fruit sorbet, squeeze lemon and orange separately.
Peel the kiwi and puree it in a blender.
Add in the orange juice and lemon juice. Blend it well. Pour it into an ice-cream churner.
Put it in a refrigerator.
Kiwi fruit sorbet is ready. Serve chilled with biscuits.
