For preparing thick chicken soup, first cook chicken pieces in a large skillet with lot of water. Add little salt.
When done, remove flesh from the bones and chop the pieces.
Keep aside the water/stock.
In a pan, heat butter, add onion, garlic, bay leaves, cardamom and pepper corns.
When onion are dark brown in color, add all purpose flour.
When cool, grind them to paste.
Boil the chicken stock, add the ground paste, chicken pieces and boil well.
Add the beaten egg into it and stir well. Add corn flour mixed in water.
When thickened, remove from flame and serve hot. Garnish Thick Chicken Soup with spring onions.
