Ingredients
  

  • 750 g Chinese cabbage chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic mashed
  • 2 tsp Soya sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp All purpose flour Maida

Instructions
 

  • For preparing chinese cabbage fry, heat oil in pan, saute garlic for few minutes.
  • Add cabbage and cook for few minutes.
  • Add soya sauce, flour, water and make it a paste form.
  • Add sugar and convert it to another pan and fry again.
  • Chinese cabbage fry is ready.
