Instructions
For preparing chinese cabbage fry, heat oil in pan, saute garlic for few minutes.
Add cabbage and cook for few minutes.
Add soya sauce, flour, water and make it a paste form.
Add sugar and convert it to another pan and fry again.
Chinese cabbage fry is ready.
