This is a super easy dish that requires only minimum ingredients. The colorful dish is very nutritious and tasty. Kids love the dish and carrots are very rich and nutritious in vital nutrients required for body. Finely chopped carrots are cooked with spices without adding water and blended with roasted coconut mixture. This is one of the easiest dishes that requires very minimum ingredients. Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Carrot chopped/grated
  • 1 cup Coconut grated
  • 3 nos Green chillies
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • Curry leaves Few
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing the delicious thoran dish, cook carrot with turmeric and salt.
  • Roughly crush grated coconut, chillies and garlic.
  • Heat oil, splutter mustard and curry leaves.
  • Add coconut mixture and fry in low flame. Add the cooked carrot and mix well.
  • The colorful nutritious thoran is ready.
