Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Red currants
  • 50 g Castor sugar
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • For preparing redcurrant puree, heat the red currants.
  • Blend redcurrants, castor sugar and lemon juice till smooth.
  • Chill it in the freezer.
  • Redcurrant puree is ready. Serve with ice-cream.
