Redcurrant Puree
Redcurrants, castor sugar and lemon juice are blended to a smooth paste

- 200 g Red currants
- 50 g Castor sugar
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
For preparing redcurrant puree, heat the red currants.
Blend redcurrants, castor sugar and lemon juice till smooth.
Chill it in the freezer.
Redcurrant puree is ready. Serve with ice-cream.
