For preparing chemeen manga curry, grind coconut, green chillies, ginger and garlic.
Heat oil, fry onion, tomato, coriander powder, chilly powder and turmeric powder. Add the mango slices and cook with some water.
When the mangoes are half done, add the coconut paste and mix well. Fry again. Add salt and the prawns pieces. Again add little water and cook the prawns with covered lid.
Remove from flame when done. Heat oil, fry the chopped shallots, fenugreek seeds, asafoetida and curry leaves.
When the shallots become brown color, pour over the curry.
Chemeen manga curry in kerala style is ready.
