Instructions
For preparing spinach puree, peel, slice and cook the potatoes in salt water.
Add the spinach and cook it for another 15 minutes.
Remove the cooked veggies and drain it. Blend it with a little water.
Add in pepper, salt and cream. Blend again till smooth.
Spinach puree is ready.
