  • For preparing spinach puree, peel, slice and cook the potatoes in salt water.
  • Add the spinach and cook it for another 15 minutes.
  • Remove the cooked veggies and drain it. Blend it with a little water.
  • Add in pepper, salt and cream. Blend again till smooth.
  • Spinach puree is ready.
