Instructions
For preparing dahi vaala aloo, cook potato in cooker and peel it.
Mash it by hand.
Saute cumin seeds in oil. Add asafoetida and mix well.
Add turmeric powder, chilly powder and salt. Add the mashed potato.
Blend curd and water and pour over the potato.
When it boils remove from flame.
Garnish with coriander leaves. Dahi vaala aloo is ready.
