Ingredients
  

  • 1 tin Condensed milk
  • 2 1/2 cups Boiled milk
  • 6 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup Cream
  • 10 g China grass melted in water
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cup Coconut grated

Instructions
 

  • For preparing coconut mousse pudding, mix condensed milk, milk, sugar and water. Keep it in low flame and remove when it starts to boil.
  • Melt the china grass in flame.
  • Pour it in milk mixture,
  • Add cream and vanilla essence into milk.
  • Filter and pour this mixture into a pudding tray.
  • Freeze it for 30 minutes.
  • Roast coconut in flame and remove from flame when it turns brown in color.
  • Garnish the pudding with fried coconut.
