Instructions
For preparing sago - coconut halwa, first boil sago/chowwary in two cups of water till the sago turns transparent. Drain water.
Add ghee to a deep bottomed pan, add the dry fruits and fry till brown. Add the grated coconut and fry till brown.
Add sugar and cook till all sugar melts. Add milk, boiled sago, cardamon powder and the condensed milk.
Mix thoroughly and simmer in low flame till all the ingredients are blended well with each other.
Transfer into a wide plate and serve hot. Sago - coconut halwa is ready.
