Instructions
For preparing sago/chowwary vada, soak sago in water for 3 hours.
Mix sago, ground nut powder, potato, green chillies and salt. Mix well to form a vada texture.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
Take a bit of the mixture in your wet hands and make a hole in the middle. Deep fry it in oil.
Sago/chowwary vada`s are ready. Serve hot with chutney.
