1 cup Sago (Chowwary)1/2 cup Ground nuts (roasted and ground)1 no Potato (cooked and mashed)1 no Green chillies (finely chopped)Oil (As reqd)Salt (As reqd) For preparing sago/chowwary vada, soak sago in water for 3 hours.Mix sago, ground nut powder, potato, green chillies and salt. Mix well to form a vada texture.Heat oil in a deep frying pan.Take a bit of the mixture in your wet hands and make a hole in the middle. Deep fry it in oil.Sago/chowwary vada`s are ready.
