Vadugapuli Naranga Curry
A tasty recipe using lemon, tastes like inji curry

- 1 no Wild lemon chopped
- 1 piece Ginger chopped
- 2 nos Green chillies
- 1 1/2 tsp Chilly powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- Salt As reqd
- 2 nos Jaggery crushed, sharkara
- 1 tbsp Groundnut oil
- Curry leaves Few
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 2 nos Red chillies
- Tamarind lemin sized
For preparing vadugapuli naranga curry, heat pan and pour oil. Add lemon pieces and fry well. Drain and keep aside.
In the same oil(add more oil if required), splutter mustard seeds and fry red chillies and curry leaves.
Add ginger, green chillies, chilly powder and turmeric powder.
Fry for a while(simmer flame).
Add salt and jaggery.
Add tamarind juice.
Allow to boil and add lemon pieces.
Vadugapuli naranga curry is ready.
