Vadugapuli Naranga Curry A tasty recipe using lemon, tastes like inji curry 1 no Wild lemon (chopped)1 piece Ginger (chopped)2 nos Green chillies1 1/2 tsp Chilly powder1/2 tsp Turmeric powderSalt (As reqd)2 nos Jaggery (crushed, sharkara)1 tbsp Groundnut oilCurry leaves (Few)1 tsp Mustard2 nos Red chilliesTamarind (lemin sized) For preparing vadugapuli naranga curry, heat pan and pour oil. Add lemon pieces and fry well. Drain and keep aside.In the same oil(add more oil if required), splutter mustard seeds and fry red chillies and curry leaves.Add ginger, green chillies, chilly powder and turmeric powder.Fry for a while(simmer flame).Add salt and jaggery.Add tamarind juice.Allow to boil and add lemon pieces.Vadugapuli naranga curry is ready.
