Instructions
For preparing fried mamos with cream, mix flour, butter and salt with little water to form a dough.
Make 2 1/2 inch wide poories out of it.
Heat the ingredients for syrup and melt it.
Mix the filling ingredients with 3 tbsp syrup.
Place the filling inside the poories and close the ends.
Fry it in oil.
Pour the rest of the syrup on top and serve with cream.
