For filling:


  • For preparing fried mamos with cream, mix flour, butter and salt with little water to form a dough.
  • Make 2 1/2 inch wide poories out of it.
  • Heat the ingredients for syrup and melt it.
  • Mix the filling ingredients with 3 tbsp syrup.
  • Place the filling inside the poories and close the ends.
  • Fry it in oil.
  • Pour the rest of the syrup on top and serve with cream.
