Instructions
For preparing lebanese - liver fry, clean the liver and marinate it with 4 tsp pepper powder and turmeric powder. Keep it aside for 20 minutes.
Fry the liver in oil.
Sprinkle salt and tomatoes on top of it. Allow it to cook on low flame with a closed lid for sometime.
Lebanese-liver fry is ready. Sprinkle the remaining pepper powder and serve hot.
