- Tomatoes(chopped) - 6 nos
- Pepper powder - 5 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Oil - 5 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing lebanese - liver fry, clean the liver and marinate it with 4 tsp pepper powder and turmeric powder. Keep it aside for 20 minutes.
- Fry the liver in oil.
- Sprinkle salt and tomatoes on top of it. Allow it to cook on low flame with a closed lid for sometime.
- Lebanese-liver fry is ready. Sprinkle the remaining pepper powder and serve hot.
