Lebanese - Liver Fry
Liver is marinated and then fried in
oil

Pepper powder

Turmeric powder

tsp
Oil
Salt
As reqd
Instructions
For preparing lebanese - liver fry, clean the liver and marinate it with 4 tsp
pepper powder
and
turmeric powder
. Keep it aside for 20 minutes.
Fry the liver in
oil
.
Sprinkle
salt
and tomatoes on top of it. Allow it to cook on low flame with a closed lid for sometime.
Lebanese-liver fry is ready. Sprinkle the remaining
pepper powder
and serve hot.
