Ingredients
  

  • 7 nos Idly
  • 4 nos Green chillies
  • 1 cup Coconut grated
  • 1 piece Ginger
  • 3 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Curd
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 4 nos Dry red chillies
  • 1 tsp Roasted cumin powder Jeerakam
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing curd idly, first cut idlis into small pieces or make small idlis.
  • Grind coconut, green chillies and ginger.
  • Saute mustard and dry chillies in oil. Add the ground paste.
  • Remove from flame. Add curd, milk, salt and sugar.
  • Pour the mixture over idlis.
  • Curd idly is ready.
