Instructions
For preparing curd idly, first cut idlis into small pieces or make small idlis.
Grind coconut, green chillies and ginger.
Saute mustard and dry chillies in oil. Add the ground paste.
Remove from flame. Add curd, milk, salt and sugar.
Pour the mixture over idlis.
Curd idly is ready.
