  • For preparing curd idly, first cut idlis into small pieces or make small idlis.
  • Saute mustard and dry chillies in oil. Add the ground paste.
  • Remove from flame. Add curd, milk, salt and sugar.
  • Pour the mixture over idlis.
  • Curd idly is ready.
