Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Mushrooms sliced
  • 50 g Paneer slices
  • 1 no Onion chopped
  • 1 no Tomato chopped
  • 3 nos Green chillies slit
  • 1 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Pepper powder As reqd
  • 2 nos Cloves Grambu
  • 1 piece Cinnamon Karuga patta
  • 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds Jeerakam
  • 1 spring Coriander leaves
  • 5 leaves Mint leaves Puthina
  • Water As reqd
  • Oil As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing mushroom paneer masala, marinate the mushrooms in salt, pepper powder and turmeric powder.
  • Fry the paneer in oil well. Keep it aside.
  • In the same oil, fry the mushrooms. Keep it aside.
  • Grind cloves, cinnamon, onion, tomato, green chillies, coriander leaves, mint leaves and water. Keep it aside.
  • Splutter mustard seeds and cumin seeds in the same oil. Add in the ground paste and chilly powder. and fry well.
  • Add in the fried mushrooms and paneer. Mix well.
  • Mushroom paneer masala is ready. Serve hot.
