Mushroom and paneer in gravy

Ingredients
- Mushrooms(sliced) - 200 g
- Paneer slices - 50 g
- Onion(chopped) - 1 no
- Tomato(chopped) - 1 no
- Green chillies(slit) - 3 nos
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder(As reqd) -
- Cloves(Grambu) - 2 nos
- Cinnamon(Karuga patta) - 1 piece
- Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1/4 tsp
- Coriander leaves - 1 spring
- Mint leaves(Puthina) - 5 leaves
- Water(As reqd) -
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing mushroom paneer masala, marinate the mushrooms in salt, pepper powder and turmeric powder.
- Fry the paneer in oil well. Keep it aside.
- In the same oil, fry the mushrooms. Keep it aside.
- Grind cloves, cinnamon, onion, tomato, green chillies, coriander leaves, mint leaves and water. Keep it aside.
- Splutter mustard seeds and cumin seeds in the same oil. Add in the ground paste and chilly powder. and fry well.
- Add in the fried mushrooms and paneer. Mix well.
- Mushroom paneer masala is ready. Serve hot.
