For preparing jackfruit seeds amarakka thoran, first cook together jackfruit seeds and broad beans adding turmeric powder, chilly powder, required salt and some water.
Grind grated coconut, garlic, cumin seeds and curry leaves. Pour this paste to the above cooked ingredients and heat in low flame for 3 minutes with a closed lid.
Splutter mustard seeds, black gram, dry red chillies, shallots and curry leaves. Add this to the cooked ingredients.
Jackfruit seeds amarakka thoran is ready. Serve hot.
